The first Alliance
and Panhandle Outstanding Teen Pageant was held on February 24, 2007.
The winners will receive paid entry
to the Miss Nebraska Outstanding Teen competition, held June 2007 on the same day as the Miss Nebraska Pageant Finals.
This will be their chance to compete for advancement to the Miss America Outstanding Teen Competition in Orlando FL in
August 2007.
The Title is open to age-eligible girls from the Panhandle. To be eligible, you
must be at least 13 and in the 8th grade and no older than 17 and a high school junior.
This program is designed to give younger girls an opportunity to compete in an exciting
system and gain skills and confidence to move on to the Miss Nebraska program when they are older.
