Miss Alliance Outstanding Teen Kayla Batt read books to children from three Alliance Head Start classrooms Thursday, March 8. The Miss Alliance/Miss Panhandle Outstanding Teen program has partnered with Head Start to further the national reading platform. Each contestant in February's pageant donated a book to be given to a Head Start classroom in the Panhandle.
